Marisol Medina (once known as Rene Parker) is a comedy writer and performer. She has performed at Groundlings, UCB, The Comedy Store, Los Angeles Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest and Comedy Central Stage. Marisol was selected from a pool of screenwriters from film schools across the country to participate in the L.A. Latino International Film Festival’s Screenwriting Workshop, where she was honored as a finalist for the Desi Arnaz Screenwriting Fellowship. She is now a mom and woman who appreciates her little bit of me time.
